The Roadies star will soon be a part of television’s most watched show, Naagin 3.
Yes, you read it right! The makers of one of the most popular shows on television were hunting for an actor to play a pivotal cameo and their search has ended with Bigg Boss 9 winner Prince Narula.
Prince is all set to essay the role of a snake charmer (sapera) in the daily soap, which also stars Surbhi Jyoti, Anita Hassanandani, Pearl V Puri in the lead roles.
A source close to the show informed Bombay Times, “Prince seemed to fit the bill perfectly and the production house liked him. We are happy to have him on board.”
An elated Prince Narula too confirmed the news. He told the daily, “Yes, I am soon going to shoot for the show and it’s an important cameo. I am not at liberty to divulge much. All I can say is that I am playing a snake-charmer, who is actually a charmer as a person. It’s a negative character and I wanted to take it up. After playing the quintessential hero in a daily soap, I wanted to take up a negative character to prove my versatility to my audience. I am an actor and it’s the character that’s important and not its shade. My job is to act well."
The actor also went on to say that he has been a fan of Ranveer Singh and he can play a negative character why can't he?
"I have been a fan of Ranveer Singh. If he can play an Alauddin Khilji in Padmaavat, why can’t I play a negative role?” Prince said.
Oh well, we believe in you Prince and know that you can pull off any role amazingly!
Prince Narula made his acting debut with Badho Bahu. After that, he was last seen in Laal Ishq.
