Mouni shot a special message for the actress who will be playing Naagin this time around In a special video shout-out for Karishma, Mouni said that Naagin is an extremely important show in her career and is very close to her heart. She even said that she is confident that Karishma will do exceedingly well on the show and called her 'extremely graceful, very tall and a talented actress' and she wished her luck for the season 3 of Naagin.

Taking a break from the small screen, Mouni Roy is all set for Bollywood. She will make her debut opposite Akshay Kumar in Reema Katgi's 'Gold' which will be followed by Ayan Mukerji's 'Brahmastra' with Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan.
