Munmun Dutta aka Babita of 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' opens up on diverse fan base

Munmun Dutta aka Babita of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah recently met up with stand-up comedian Zakir Khan for a YouTube video. In the video, the actor spoke at length about her huge fan base owing to her popular character. Munmun is known for her funny performance and beautiful face which stole the hearts of many. She has been a part of TMKOC since 2008 and is continuing in leaving an impressive mark on the viewers.

While talking to Zakir, Munmun was asked about her huge fan following. To which she stated, "Men at all ages are almost I think the same. Married men think I could have been their girlfriend. Teenagers think my girlfriend should be like her. I have gone through this so I am speaking from my experience."

Meanwhile, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has completed more than 3000 episodes now. Talking about it, leading actor Dilip Joshi aka Jethalal had written, "It all began with Taarak Bhai’s iconic characters from his ‘Duniya Ne Undha Chashma’ stories in Chitralekha. This cartoon is of the Jethalal I grew up with. Thank you, Taarak Bhai. You are dearly missed. Your smile has kept us going."

TMKOC has been on air since 2008 and is still among the favourite shows of many.
