Leaked Photos: Iman Vellani as Ms Marvel snapped on the sets

Newcomer Iman Vellani is all set to play Ms Marvel or Pakistani-American Kamala Khan in the upcoming Marvel superhero series. The actor has been shooting for the show in Atlanta, USA and a few photos have made it to the Internet. In the leaked photos, Iman is seen wearing her costume and gazing at something while getting clicked candidly. She will be seen as a 16-year-old Muslim teenager who lives in New Jersey and looks up to superheroes like Captain Marvel.

While sharing the leaked photo on her unverified Instagram page, Iman wrote, "yup it's happening." She wore an electric blue and red suit and skinny tights along with an eye mask.

Meanwhile, it is being reported that Farhan Akhtar is also a part of the series and unconfirmed courses spoken about it. A source said, "Farhan is currently stationed in Bangkok, along with an international cast and crew, for the shoot of a project with Marvel Studios, who are known to be one of the biggest film studios worldwide."

The source added, "All other details of the project are strictly under wraps."

People connected the dots as Ms Marvel is being filmed in Bangkok and the actor-filmmaker is stationed there.

Meanwhile, Bad Boys for Life duo Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, as well as Oscar-winner Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy and Meera Menon, have been roped in for various episodes of Ms Marvel. The character first appeared in a comic series in 2012 and the show is being spearheaded by writer Bisha K Ali.
