Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon actor Avinash Sachdev rubbishes rumours of divorce with Shalmalee Desai

It's just been little over two years since TV sweethearts tied the knot, and now we hear that Avinash Sachdev and Shalmalee Desai's marriage is in trouble.

According to SpotboyE, the couple has trust issues. Shalmalee is not happy with this marriage, as she doubts Avinash's loyalty towards her.Buzz has it that the duo has had many heated arguments in the past which turned ugly. Now the situation is getting worse between the two. But Avinash has broken his silence and rubbished all rumours of trouble in paradise. In an interview to BollywoodLife, Avinash said, " These rumours are the biggest joke of my life.These are rumours. People can assume and write whatever they feel like."

Avinash even clarified that he is not the one who is stopping Shalmalee from acting. In a statement issued to Indian Express, he said, "For last year and a half she has been writing for shows(Thapkee and Ek Aastha Aisi Bhi) and she has turned out to be quite successfull. It is her desire to not act as of now, and as a partner, I will never force her to do anything."

Shalmalee and Avinash met on the sets of Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon 2 where the two played role of bhabhi-devar. It took six months for the duo to break the ice and then became friends over lunch one day. The two got hitched in June 2015. And in spite of Avinash denying issues between husband wife, industry insiders suggest that there are temper issues between the two.
