Is ex flame Preeti Simoes's name really written on Kapil Sharma's hand? Here's the truth

Kapil Sharma has been grabbing the eyeballs for all the wrong reasons these days. Ever since his abusive rant on Twitter against the editor of an entertainment portal and his subsequent abusive phone conversation surfaced online, the ace comedian has not been able to sit in peace. Moreover, his comeback show, Family Time With Kapil Sharma too has been put on hold in the wake of the recent controversy. 

Everyone, from Kapil Sharma's ex flame Preeti Simoes to his former colleagues Sunil Grover and Ali Asgar too contributed their two cents on the matter. In his recent interview with ABP, Ali Asgar shared that he happened to meet Kapil in his office and noticed that he had the name of his ex girlfriend Preeti Simoes's name written on his hand. 

While the revelation further sparked a number of speculations and left us wondering about what exactly is going on, Kapil Sharma's spokesperson has finally come forward to clear the air. 

Denying the rumours, Kapil's spokesperson released an official statement which read: 

"As a part of Mr Kapil Sharma’s team, we would like to emphasise that recent stories doing the rounds that Mr Sharma has met Mr Ali Asgar and has written Ms Preeti Simoes name on his hand, are completely false. We are equally shocked to hear about this ourselves and are surprised that Mr Asgar, whom Mr Sharma has always considered a friend, would make such hurtful statements. In fact, Mr Sharma and his fiancee, Ginni are currently travelling together."

Meanwhile, Kapil's show has also been put on hold. We hope that he makes a dhamaakedaar comeback soon.
