Last week was abuzz with a number of headlines. Of course it was mainly because of Salman Khan's conviction in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case and his subsequent bail. Apart from Salman, it was ace comedian Kapil Sharma who grabbed major eyeballs, for all the wrong reasons once again. Fans may recall, just before Kapil's comeback show, Family Time With Kapil Sharma went on air, he was seen embroiled in a Twitter war of words with once-good-friend and colleague Sunil Grover. Now, just before Sunil's show Dhan Dhana Dhan was about to go on air, Kapil Sharma found himself in another controversy (coincidence much?) after he went on an angry and abusive Twitter rant against the editor of one of the entertainment portals.

Kapil's abuses didn't stop on social media, he allegedly called up the editor and continued his abusive conversation. Not to forget the drama on his Twitter page which involved deleting his tweets and apologising, saying that his account was hacked, then again tweeting that it was indeed him and more.

While Sunil Grover had written an long open letter when Kapil Sharma went out of his ways to defend himself, this time, during an interview, Sunil was quizzed by a YouTube channel about Kapil's recent controversy with the editor. Sunil Grover told the channel, "Main is sandarbh mein sirf itna kehna chahunga ki Kapil ko apni sehat pe dhyan dena chahiye, aur unki family ko bhi take care karna chahiye and he should get back soon (sic)" (I just want to say in this context that Kapil should take care of his health and his family too should take care of him and he should come back soon.)

Those who're caught unaware, Kapil Sharma has filed a case of extortion against the said editor and his former managers Preeti and Neeti Simoes. Reports also suggest that Kapil's gam show has been put on hold as of now.
