Ekta Kapoor congratulates Sakshi Tanwar on adopting a baby girl in the most adorable way, see pic

Noted television actress Sakshi Tanwar, on Saturday announced that she has adopted a nine month old baby girl, and has named her Dityaa- another name of Goddess Lakshmi. 

The actress shared the news with TOI and said, “With the blessings of my parents and the support of my family I have adopted a baby girl, who will soon turn nine months old. I am delighted to share my happiness with everyone as I welcome this bundle of joy into my life. This is undoubtedly the greatest moment of my life. My family and I are elated to embrace Dityaa. She is the answer to all my prayers and I feel blessed to have her in my life.”

While congratulating her, Sakshi's friend, her frequent collaborator and TV producer Ekta Kapoor congratulated her with a heart-warming message.

Taking to Instagram, Ekta shared a photo of herself with the actress and wrote, “Bade ache lagte hai.... Ye Sakshi Ye Priya Ye Parvati aur( dityas) MOM! To u n ur princess have a wonderful journey ! #dityasmom.”

Sakshi Tanwar and Ekta Kapoor have worked together in shows including, Bade Achche Lagte Hai and Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki where her names were Priya and Parvati respectively. 

Sakshi, who has joined the likes of Sushmita Sen, Sunny Leone, Raveena Tandon, Nikhil Advani and Neelam Kothari who too have adopted baby girls, made her cinematic debut with Dangal where she essayed the role of Aamir Khan’s wife.

The actress also has an unreleased film with Sunny Deol and Mohalla Assi.
