On Sunday night, host Salman Khan declared Shilpa Shinde as the winner of Bigg Boss 11. While her arch-rival Vikas Gupta ended up at the third spot, Hina Khan, the other finalist finished up at the position of the first runner-up of reality show Bigg Boss 11. Shilpa took home Rs 44 lakh as the prize money and the rest prize money of Rs 6 lakh went to Vikas, which he won during the last task.
As we all know, Vikas had forged friendships with many contestants in the course of the show but time and again, he confessed his lifetime bond with Jyoti Kumari and Arshi Khan. Now as per a report in Bombay Times, Vikas is all set to take his friendship forward and divide his prize money between both Arshi and Jyoti.
Interestingly, Vikas has decided to do so considering how both of them stood by him during the show. "Yes, I will give them Rs 3 lakh each. Jyoti stood by me like a rock when the whole house was against me. She shouted at each one of them saying, 'No one will say a word to my Vikas bhai'. I got so much courage from a 20-year-old girl, who hails from a small town in Bihar. That incident gave me enough strength to survive in the house. Arshi, too, was protective of me. She cared more about me as a friend than the show.", he added.
Well, that is indeed a wonderful gesture by Vikas and his fans would be elated to see his emotional side too.
