'Beyhadh' star Jennifer Winget tests positive for COVID-19, says she's 'quarantining, whining and dining'

Jennifer took to her Instagram to inform her fans although she is down with coronavirus, she is asymptomatic and feels absolutely fine.

After reports that she had tested positive for COVID-19, actress Jennifer Winget herself confirmed that she has contracted the virus. Jennifer took to her Instagram to inform her fans although she is down with coronavirus, she is asymptomatic and feels absolutely fine.

Jennifer also a photo of herself laying on the ground and dressed in winter clothes. She also had a cap and gloves on. In her post, the ‘Beyhadh’ actress said that she is currently under quarantine and will emerge stronger and healthier.

While sharing the photo she wrote, “Down but not out… YES, It’s TRUE! Corona came a-knocking and caught me off guard ..  . But know that, I am asymptomatic and feel absolutely fine. So to everyone worried and concerned, don’t be!”

She added, “Here to report that I am quarantining, whining and dining and cannot wait to kick back in action. A bummer, this, but promise it’s only a minor blip, just paused for a bit to emerge stronger, better, healthier and raring to go. Thank you for all your wishes. But Covid aint got nothing on me! Be back sooner than you know. Signing off with hugs and kisses… Or I best, better not!”

Reacting to the post, actor Mouni Roy commented, “hoping praying you bounce back stronger soonest. Sending you lots of love Jen,” while actor Namita Dubey wrote, “Aw! Take care and get back stronger love.” Drashti Dhami also commented on the post and wrote, “Take care,” with a heart emoji while Sumona Chakravarti commented, “You’ll be kicking ass sooner than u know…. Speedy recovery.” Jennifer’s fans also wish her a quick recovery.

Jennifer had recently started shooting for part two of her web series ‘Code M’. She made her Digital debut in 2020 with ALT Balaji’s ‘Code M’. Jennifer was last seen on TV in the second season of her thriller show ‘Beyhadh’ which was later canned due to the COVID-19 lockdown.

Mumbai reported 435 new coronavirus cases and 13 fatalities on Wednesday (July 22), as reported by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC).
