'Beyhadh' actress Aneri Vajani faces backlash for sharing her picture in lingerie

Aneri Vajani, better known as Saanjh from TV show Beyhadh, is the latest addition to the list of actresses who have been body shamed on social media. The actress has previously appeared in another show called Nisha Aur Uske Cousins.

On the occasion of World Yoga Day, Aneri posted a picture of herself in lingerie, on her Instagram account. She captioned it writing, "The caption read: When You Own Your Breath NoBody Steals Your Peace! Happy Yoya Day!  #yoga day!" 

Looks like her picture didn't go down well with some of her followers, who seem to have a problem with her petite frame. Soon, they started commenting on how malnourished she looks, how this wasn't an apt picture to be posted on social media, how skinny her body is and more. 

But, thankfully, there were some who came out in her support as well. Some of her fans lauded her for projecting herself as she is while some wrote that she's free to post pics in whatever clothes she wants.

This isn;t the first occasion that an actress has been body shamed for her social media pictures. Previously, we've witnessed similar incidents with Sonarika Bhadoria and Nia Sharma's pictures as well.
