The stage is set for one of the most popular reality shows on Indian Television - Bigg Boss 11. As we gear up to witness Salman Khan hosting the show for the eighth time in a row, we bring to you the LIVE updates of all that's happening on the 'First Day First Show' of season 11.
The 11th season of Bigg Boss is all about loving thy neighbour! While some are blessed with peace-loving neighbours, some still feel the brunt with inquisitive, nosey or sometimes, annoying padosis. Incorporating a never-seen-before twist this time, Bigg Boss is set for another extraordinary season. The padosis are all set to take over television screens as 18 contestants including celebrities as well as commoners,set their feet in their new home for the next few weeks.
Commenting on this year's theme, Salman Khan shared, "We all have neighbours of every kind and every hue. some of us may have not so good ones. Bigg Boss is one show that the country awaits with bated breath along with my movies and like every year, I'm thrilled to welcome the new contestants into the Bigg Boss house. The theme of 'Padosis' and 'Gharwale' is very refreshing and we have a full entertainment package coming up for the viewers."
A new line up of contestants will enter the glass walled house and try to survive the tough tasks and nominations for a period of 90 days. Expect a lot of fun, drama, fights and a plethora of emotions in Bigg Boss season 11.
As the night unfolds, we will keep you updated with all the action as it takes place in the Bigg Boss house.

So Bigg Boss 11 has a total of 18 contestants this year. 6 Celebrities and 12 commoners in all. While 14 contestants including Hiten Tejwani, Hina Khan, Vikas Gupta, Shilpa Shinde, Priyank Sharma, Benafsha Soonawala, Bandagi Kalra, Arshi Khan, Zubair Khan, Puneesh Sharma, Jyoti Kumari, Sshivani Durga, Akas Anil Dadlani and Sapna Choudhary enter the main house, Luv Tyagi, Lucinda Nicholas, Mehjabi Siddiqui and Sabyasachi Satpathy are the padosis who're in the neighbouring house.
Salman enters the room adjoining that of the padosis. Of course, none of the contestants are aware of the fact that Salman is also staying within the premises and keeping a watch over them
Bigg Boss welcomes the contestants inside the BB house. Bigg Boss also reveals that the 4 padosis will have special powers but they'll also have to perform some tasks in order to attain those powers. Bigg Boss also reveals that the 4 padosis, despite not knowing each other, will have to pretend as if they're a close knit family in front of the other Bigg Boss house inmates who can't see the padosis.
Salman Khan reveals that this time he will also enter the Bigg Boss house as a neighbour of the 4 padosis.
Vikas says had he known that Shilpa is also a participant in this season, he wouldn't have given a nod for Bigg Boss 11
Shilpa and Vikas have a war of words in front of Salman as both of them try to prove their respective point and accuse the other person of unprofessionalism.
