A sextet of panel presentations are scheduled for PSX 2017 on December 9, with upcoming titles "Ghosts of Onimusha," "Dreams," and "The Last of Us Part II" as well as an "Uncharted" franchise retrospective among them.

The fourth North American PlayStation Experience sees Sony's console brand return to the Anaheim Convention Center in California for three days of gaming news and hands-on previews, running December 8-10.

Six panel presentations have been set for Saturday, December 9, running from 11am PST into the evening, streamed live and online for those that aren't attending in person.

First up is a PlayStation VR Game Panel, whose mystery guest hosts are advertised as "legends." From the US PlayStation Blog's description, it would appear that these two industry veterans are working on a new VR title together. Next up, starting at 12 noon, is a preview for the next game from British "LittleBigPlanet" house Media Molecule.

Its new project, "Dreams," once more champions the joys of creation and sharing, and three studio directors (plus another mystery guest) will be on hand to explore its lengthy development.

Following on at 2pm, specialist website IGN will rank the top 10 PlayStation games of all time. The PlayStation Blog's blurb namechecks an audacious eight titles -- "Uncharted 2," "The Last of Us," "Metal Gear Solid," "Final Fantasy VII," "Castlevania: Symphony of the Night," "Journey," "Shadow of the Colossus" and January 2017's recent contender "Horizon Zero Dawn" -- without confirming their presence within the ranking.

On the topic of recent games, "Ghost of Tsushima" was unveiled during PlayStation's Paris Games Week slot on October 30, and the game's concept art design and Japanese reference trips will be discussed from 3.30pm onwards. Action adventure franchise "Uncharted" turned 10 years old in November and the PlayStation Experience is an opportunity for Sony to celebrate.

Cast members will gather to reminisce from 5pm while developers from the Naughty Dog studio will convene at 6.30pm to talk about the making of upcoming PlayStation 4 title "The Last of Us Part II." PSX 2017 will be streamed through live.playstation.com, Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook from 8pm on December 8.
