Smackdown Live may be moving to Fridays (early Saturday in India). WWE and FOX Sports 1 have agreed struck a five-year deal of more than $1 billion giving the network the rights to broadcast SmackDown Live beginning in October 2019.

RAW and Smackdown Live air on USA Network currently. A new deal was recently signed between WWE and NBCUniversal to keep RAW on the USA Network for the foreseeable future.

It means WWE's top two show RAW and Smackdown Live will on differnt networks in USA. While NBCUniversal will keep Raw, which airs Monday nights in USA, Fox will get SD live and may move to Friday nights from the current Tuesday night slots.

This means the show may move in India too. Smackdown may be telecat on Saturday mornings and evenings in India. Sony has the rights to WWE telecast here.

SmackDown was on Fridays from 2005-2015. But SmackDown was a taped show then.
