WWE Money in the Bank 2018 is here. The WWE pay-per-view will take place this Sunday (early Monday in India). The event will take place at Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. The WWE Money in the Bank 2018 event broadcast will start at 4:30 am on Monday morning in India

The event will feature WWE stars from both RAW and Smackdown Live.

WWE Money in the Bank is one of the most exciting pay-per-view events on the WWE calender. The winner of the Money in the Bank ladder matches are awarded with a contract to have a WWE title match whenever and wherever they want.

In other matches Ronda Rousey will be in action in her first WWE singles match as she takes on Nia Jax for the Raw Women’s Championship, while AJ Styles will clash with Shinsuke Nakamura in a Last Man Standing Match for the WWE Championship.

WWE Money in the Bank 2018: Matches and predictions

WWE Championship: AJ Styles v/s Shinsuke Nakamura (Last Man Standing Match)

Prediction: Nakamura wins

This feud has been underwhelming- this was supposed be the hottest rivalary on cards but in reality it has been as cold as the many low blows dealt by Nakamura to Styles. There is no doubt that they are best talents on WWE roster right now.

It would make sense to infuse some excitement in the feud by giving the title to Nakamura and then setting up one more final clash at the next pay-per-view.

Raw Women’s Championship: Nia Jax v/s Ronda Rousey

Prediction: Ronda Rousey wins

It may seem too soon but it is time to crown Rousey as the new women's champion. She is too hot to lose to Jax right now. The best way for WWE to book this will be to let the winner of Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder match interfere and take the title like Seth Rollins did some years ago.

Jax won't lose face losing to Rousey and the result will set a nice future clash with Natalya if she wins the Money in the Bank ladder match.

SmackDown Women’s Championship: Carmella v/s Asuka

Prediction: Asuka wins, Carmella retains title

Carmella has turned herself into a great heel while Asuka is the ultimate fighter. This match may likely end in a disqualification (and dare we hope to see James Ellsworth again). Asuka losing cleanly or Carmell losing the title- both choices don't make sense.

Intercontinental Championship: Seth Rollins v/s Elias

Prediction: Elias wins

This could be an important match for Elias. If WWE decides to have him beat Seth Rollins it will be saying a lot for his future chances. Rollins always produces great matches and this is likely to be another of those. However, losing the title may free him for bigger conquests.

Bobby Lashley v/s Sami Zayn

Prediction: Lashley wins

The sooner this feud is over, the better. There is no better way to end a feud than giving the win to babyface. Period.

Daniel Bryan v/s Big Cass

Prediction: Bryan wins

It helps nobody if Big Cass wins. A Bryan win will at least make the crowd go 'Yes, Yes, Yes'. WWE needs to ends this feud so Bryan can move on to bigger and better things.

Roman Reigns v/s Jinder Mahal

Prediction: Reigns wins

The 'boos'  will keep on coming during this one. However, these two have worked hard on a storyline which didn't have much to offer. The crowd is may get confused on who to hate on more during the match. A Reigns win ends this chapter and both move on to the next one.

Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match: Bobby Roode v/s Rusev v/s Samoa Joe v/s The Miz v/s Braun Strowman v/s Kevin Owens v/s Finn Balor v/s  The New Day (Any one member)

Prediction: Kevin Owens wins (or maybe Samoa Joe)

WWE normally gives the win to a heel in these matches. It makes sense to hand such power to somebody who will use it with cunning and shrew. There is no better hell in the entire WWE than Owens now. However, Owens doesn't need a Money in the Bank contract to help him right now. In that case Joe will be next best choice.

Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match: Ember Moon v/s Naomi v/s Natalya v/s Lana v/s Charlotte Flair v/s Alexa Bliss v/s Sasha Banks v/s Becky Lynch

Prediction: Natalya wins

It is tricky line up. However, Natalya just remains the favourite. Her win will open the door for a possible 'will-she-won't-she stab her in the back' feud with Rousey (if Rousey wins the title).
