Mohammad Kaif was in fine form on Thursday as he shut down a Pakistani troll who advised the former Indian cricketer to remove 'Mohammad' from his name.

It all started when Kaif expressed his happiness after India scored a major diplomatic victory over Pakistan as the International Court of Justice (ICJ) stayed the execution of former Indian Navy officer Kulbhushan Jadhav.

"Congratulations India. Thanks to the International Court of Justice, justice has prevailed," Kaif tweeted.

However, a certain Twitter user named Aamir Akram from Pakistan wasn't pleased with Kaif's views and decided to drag religion into the entire issue. "@MohammadKaif Please remove Mohammad from your name first," was the free advice given by Akram.

Not one to miss out on a loose ball, Kaif gave it back to the bigot like a boss. "Wow! If I support India's victory, I should remove Mohammad. I am proud of my name. Aamir means "full of life", you need to get one," was Kaif's epic reply.

On Thursday, the UN's highest judicial body asked Pakistan to take "all measures" to ensure that Jadhav, sentenced to death by a Pakistani military court for alleged espionage, was not executed till the court had delivered its final verdict on the issue.

India welcomed the court's unanimous decision on Jadhav, 46, while Islamabad said it had informed the ICJ that it did not accept the court's jurisdiction in matters related to national security.
