Arsene Wenger to leave Arsenal: Everybody wants Gunners to win Europa League now

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger announced on Friday that he will step down from his role at the Premier League club at the end of the season after almost 22 years at the helm. Wenger led the club three Premier League titles, including going unbeaten for an entire season, seven FA Cups and took Arsenal into the Champions League for 20 years in a row.

Fans on twitter reacted to the news with surprise and shock that ultimately turned into respect for a great career.

It was inevitable that Arsene Wenger would go at the end of the season. He's been a great manager, responsible for some of #Arsenal's greatest moments. Even the best have to move on and he was among the best.

Everyone also wanted Arsenal players to give Wenger a befitting farewell. Fans wished Arsenal would win the Europa League this year and Wenger will depart on a high.
