Watch: Rio 2016 | How Usain Bolt started on path of becoming the fastest man alive

As a part of the new "For the love of sports" campaign, Gatorade, the sport energy drink company partnered up with the fastest man on the planet, Usain Bolt, to produce the origin story of the athlete in an animated short film.

The film is set in the hometown of the sports star where a much younger Usain is shown rushing to his school, which in a way fired off his career in athletics. One simple bet from his trainer sets him on the path of greatness. But greats too feel petrified of the pressure of the competition. Usain's mother is shown assuring her son before a daunting race, reminding him, "The lighter you are, faster you will go."

Although Olympic guidelines restrict advertisements prior to Olympics, like the amendment to rule 40 prohibits usage of Olympic intellectual property, the ad manages to circumvent all the hooks with its release prior to the Rule 40 period. By the definition of the International Olympic Committee, the Rule 40 period covers July 27 to August 24, for the Rio Olympics.

Here is a look at the story of "The Boy Who Learned To Fly".
