The spectre of the Phil Hughes incident came back to haunt Adelaide Oval, when India skipper Virat Kohli was rattled by a Mitchell Johnson bouncer, leaving the former reeling for a good six seconds.
Though Kohli was unhurt post getting hit and normalcy resumed, still dangers of playing a bouncer have resurfaced in test cricket, and it remains to be seen as to whether the rest of the game will see the usage of any.
