Jennifer Capriati’s ex-boyfriend says his return to porn compounded her depression

Former US tennis star Jennifer Capriati’s former boyfriend has said that her recent drug overdose was linked to her depression over his recent return to working in the porn industry.

Capriati was found in a ‘dazed’ state in her Riviera Beach condo on Sunday and was said to have swallowed a handful of pills in an attempt to end her life.

Her former boyfriend, Dale DaBone, has worked in 443 films, and recently signed on to star in Batman XXX: A Porn Parody, the Daily Telegraph reported.

He also revealed that Capriati got horribly depressed when Grand Slam events were being played.

Capriati, a former world number 1 in women's tennis, had won 14 professional singles titles and one doubles title before injuries ended her career in 2005.
