Andhra Cricket Association (ACA) former secretary N Venkata Rao today filed a complaint in the Nagarampalem police station here against the association's "excluded" general secretary V Chanmundeswaranath for alleged forgery of the ACA bylaws.

Venkata Rao contends that the bylaw can be amended only by 2/3 majority of the association's general body.
Chanmundeswaranath, who is at the centre of the storm, has been facing a slew of charges which include fraud, financial irregularities, favaouritism in the selection of women cricketeers, harassment and indecent behaviour.
Machavaram police (Vijayawada) has registered a case against Chanmundeswaranath under sections 506 (Crminal intimidation and 509 (Insulting the modesty of woman) in a complaint filed by a woman cricketer.
The executive committee of the ACA, in a resolution today, "excluded" Chanmundeswaranath from performing his duties as its general secterary.
Venkata Rao revealed that at the behest of the State home minister Sabita Indra Reddy, a top ranking police officer yesterday recorded the woes of women cricketers.
