British tennis champion Andy Murray, 22, winds down after gruelling games by plunging into water cooled to a shivering 8°C.
This time, however, joker Murray insisted four of his camp join him in the tub.
The Sun reports that the snap was posted on his website yesterday, alongside a question and answer session with the Scot and his strength coach Matt Little.
Matt revealed: "If the match was tough, ten minutes in the ice bath is a fantastic way to flush out stiffness-causing acid and toxins from the muscles."
But Murray told fans how his pre-match routine is just as vital.
He said: "It's about removing doubt by making sure you're as well prepared as you can be. I want to arrive at a tournament knowing I've done everything."
