Apart from the cricketing masterclass that was on offer in the recently concluded England's tour to India, Virat Kohli and Ben Stokes' on-field rivalry grabbed headlines, and senior batsman Yuvraj Singh felt that there's nothing wrong with such passionate battles.

During the Test series, which India won 4-0, Stokes appeared to have silently trolled the Indian skipper after getting him out. The Englishman put a finger on his lips as his other teammates celebrated. Little did Stokes know that Kohli would return the favour after the left-hander got out in the second innings of the Chennai Test.

Since then both have tried to outdo each other in every aspect of the game and although Kohli gained upperhand in the contests, Stokes didn't have a bad tour either.

Yuvraj while expressing his opinion about Kohli-Stokes altercations, told BBC, “I always see Ben and Virat (Kohli) having a go at each other. It’s great for cricket to have passion. We always have banter with the English. My old battles were with Andrew Flintoff."

Well, as they say, a bit of sledging in never harmful for the sport.
