WWE Wrestlemania 32 emanates from the AT & T stadium in Dallas, Texas, on April 3, 2016. It will be telecast live on Ten Sports from 5:30 am IST on April 4.

The Wrestlemania 32 card looks quite weak unfortunately, since top superstars like John Cena, Randy Orton and Seth Rollins are injured and will not be in action. WWE has had to change their plans frequently and have seem to put together a card that looks fairly ordinary for the biggest event of the year. But nevertheless, there is excitement in the air.

Here are our match predictions for the event.

1) Kalisto vs Ryback, US Title: Kalisto is the reigning US champion, and Ryback seems to be in a particularly bad mood over the last few weeks. Kalisto is high flying whereas Ryback is power-oriented. The match will see some good spots, but expect Ryback to come up with some dirty tricks to achieve a victory in the end.

Winner: Ryback

2) The Total Divas (Brie Bella, Paige, Natalya, Alicia Fox and Eva Marie) vs B.A.D. & Blonde (Lana, Summer Rae, Naomi, Emma and Tamina) : Let's face it, BAD and Blonde have no chance of winning this match, which will go on the pre-show. The Total Divas are more high profile, better liked and better performers. Moreover, there are rumours that Brie Bella is retiring. Expect Brie to pick up the win for her team.

Winners: Total Divas

3) The Usos (Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso) vs The Dudley Boyz (Bubba Ray Dudley and D-Von Dudley) : The Usos and the Dudleys have been feuding ever since the Dudleys turned heel and refused to use tables. Expect WWE to go with the much younger Usos. A Dudley will get put through a table at Wrestlemania when it is all over. The match takes place on the pre-show.

Winners: The Usos

4) Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal: WWE Creative has not had the brains to plan anything creative for this match, and nor do they seem to think any prize other than a trophy (which can be trashed) is sufficient. Big Show is desperate to win the trophy, but so is Kane. Will WWE try to give Kane something to live with, or will Big Show win it again? According to the dirtsheets, Cesaro might very well make his comeback from injury on the show. In that case, expect a repeat of Wrestlemania 30 with Cesaro eliminating Big Show to win. In any other case, there is no clear favourite.

Winner: Difficult to predict

5) League of Nations vs The New Day: Incredibly, the tag team titles are not on the line at Wrestlemania, which is kind of sad for the importance of these titles. It will be four members of League of Nations instead against three of New Day. Now that New Day have turned face, many people doubtless expect them to win by defying their 3-4 disadvantage. But the League of Nations requires to be relevant in some way. It is just a group of non-American heel wrestlers thrown together because Creative could not come up with plans for them. A win at Wrestlemania would give them some relevance. As it is, the tag team titles are not on the line and so it does not matter if New Day lose.

Winners: The League of Nations

6) AJ Styles vs Chris Jericho: It is unclear why WWE have already had Styles and Jericho fight three times, if all they wanted was a match at Wrestlemania. But it also exposes the weakness of WWE's card. That said, with Jericho heel and given the great matches these two have had so far, expect a fairly long classic at Wrestlemania. AJ Styles, younger, fan favourite and new to WWE, should walk out the winner. It helps that Chris Jericho has no ego issues.

Winner: AJ Styles

7) Intercontinental Championship Ladder Match: Kevin Owens (c) vs Sami Zayn vs Dolph Ziggler vs Zack Ryder vs Sin Cara vs The Miz vs Stardust: Once again, a match whose participants have been thrown together, with the exception of Kevin Owens (the champion) and Dolph Ziggler (the fan favourite). There will be a lot of high flying action and some sick spots in this match, but the probable winners list is short - Dolph Ziggler or Kevin Owens. Expect Ziggler to win and crush Owens' ego - if WWE does not pull off a surprise and put the title on Sami Zayn.Sami Zayn vs Dolph Ziggler vs Zack Ryder vs Sin Cara vs The Miz vs Stardust: Once again, a match whose participants have been thrown together, with the exception of Kevin Owens (the champion) and Dolph Ziggler (the fan favourite). 8) Divas Championship Match: Charlotte (c) vs Becky Lynch vs Sasha Banks: Either Becky Lynch or Sasha Banks are going to win. There is no way the arrogant heel Charlotte retains her title. Sasha Banks is slightly more popular than Becky Lynch, and seems set to take the WWE Divas Championship at some point.

Trivia: There are indications that the WWE Divas Championship will be retired after Wrestlemania and the WWE Women's Championship will be installed in its place.

Winner: (Mostly) Sasha Banks

9) Shane Mcmahon vs the Undertaker (Hell in a Cell): The stipulation is that if Shane wins, he will gain control of the company. If Undertaker loses, he will never have a match at Wrestlemania again.

Some people reckon Shane McMahon will win. This is problematic for two reasons. Firstly, it has been reported that Shane isn't scheduled to appear at WWE events after Wrestlemania - so this could just be a one-off assignment. Remember, the match was thrown together as Undertaker lacked a Wrestlemania opponent after John Cena was injured (there were strong rumours of Undertaker vs John Cena for Wrestlemania). Secondly, would WWE really want to tarnish Undertaker's Wrestlemania legacy by having him lose to....Shane McMahon? The Undertaker is still 22-1 at Wrestlemania, and a Shane win would also take the sheen off Brock Lesnar's victory over the Deadman at Wrestlemania 30.

Rumour: It is rumoured that this match will go last on the card.

Winner: The Undertaker

10) Brock Lesnar vs Dean Ambrose ( No Holds Barred Street Fight): This one is likely to be an extremely entertaining match, starting in the ring and ending in some parking lot or backstage set. Alternatively, it may end in the ring with Brock Lesnar buried under several weapons or Dean Ambrose being F5ed for the tenth time. It is almost certain that the following things will make their presence felt: a chainsaw, a two-by-four, some chairs, a table or two, several suplexes, several F5es, some crazy shouting and wild bumps. But the end result will depend on what WWE think of Dean Ambrose. If they wish him to be a huge star for the future, they would have him beat Brock Lesnar. Remember, no one has beaten Lesnar cleanly since Wrestlemania 30 when he ended the Undertaker's streak. It is more likely though, that Ambrose will go down to Brock after putting up a tremendous fight. The result will change only if the Wyatt family, which has been attacking Lesnar of late, intervenes and takes him out to give Ambrose a dirty win.

Winner: (Mostly) Brock Lesnar

11) Roman Reigns vs Triple H (for the WWE World Heavyweight Title, No DQ): This match is the supposed main event, but it is rumoured that it will be shifted to the middle of the card because of Reigns' unpopularity as a face. Reigns has been consistently booed out of arenas for the last three months, after a short spurt in popularity following WWE TLC in December. But this will not impact the result. There is very little chance of any other outcome than Reigns walking out of the arena with the WWE World Title to a chorus of boos. After all, everyone knew when Triple H won the 2016 Royal Rumble that he was only holding it for Reigns.

But Wrestlemania 32 was supposed to launch Reigns as the next big babyface, and it is never going to accomplish that motive. Remember, this is the second year that Reigns' babyface push is being tried. He is in danger of going the Lex Luger way after Wrestlemania.

But will the No Disqualification rule lead to some interesting interference?

Winner: Roman Reigns

Overall, the card for this year's Wrestlemania looks weak and forced, and the fact that 11 matches are on it shows how desperate WWE is to make it a success. But there are some interesting rumours. One is that of a huge return. A former superstar is set to make a return, and the dirtsheets have been proclaiming it to be Goldberg. Secondly, Rock, Steve Austin and Mick Foley are all set to show up at the event.

The matches to watch out for are Ambrose vs Lesnar and Shane McMahon vs Undertaker. Jericho vs Styles and the IC Title ladder match will make great viewing from a wrestling standpoint. But all in all, expect to be disappointed unless WWE Creative has something completely unexpected in store.
