WWE megastar The Undertaker (real name Mark Calaway) has rarely been inside a WWE ring of late. For the past several years, he only wrestles at the annual Wrestlemania event, due to a series of injuries over the years which have affected his body. After his loss to Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania 30, ending his 'streak' at 21 wins, it is also unclear whether Undertaker would ever return to a WWE ring.

Now, there has been an outpouring of concern for Undertaker’s health after Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst dedicated a song to the wrestler on Saturday evening.

"This next song goes out to our friend Mark Calaway, The Undertaker. He’s not doing real well right now and we want all our fans to keep him in their thoughts and prayers," the rocker said.

Undertaker's wife Michelle McCool, who once also wrestled in WWE under the same name, has denied the rumours. She posted a picture of Undertaker with her on Instagram to quell the rumours.

However, Undertaker certainly looks pale and quite thin in this picture, unlike what we are used to seeing over the years. A few years ago, a picture of a bald, thin Undertaker sparked rumours that he had cancer, but those have been brushed away by his friends and family, and never confirmed.

Brock Lesnar looks sick at WWE Night of Champions

WWE World Heavyweight Champion and former Mixed Martial Arts champion Brock Lesnar retained his WWE title at the company's Night of Champions event on Sunday, against John Cena. However, many viewers noticed that Lesnar looked pale, red in the face and out of breath during the match. In fact, he looked ill within the first three minutes of the match itself.

Though Lesnar usually has a pale look on his face, he has been an MMA champion. MMA is a form of legitimate wrestling which involves much greater physical exertion than the scripted matches in the WWE. It is therefore surprising that Lesnar found himself in such a state on Sunday night. He also looked to be moving around slower than he usually does.

WWE Hall of Fame inductee The Ultimate Warrior, who was during the early 1990s one of the company's top stars, died of a heart attack the night after Wrestlemania 30. He had looked pale and similarly out of breath during his Hall of Fame speech the previous night.

Therefore, WWE fans are quite worried about Lesnar. Lesnar had severe diverticulitis in 2009 and 2011 which forced him to quit the MMA. Besides, professional wrestling has a history of wrestlers dying at a young age due to cardiac arrest. Most of these wrestlers were into some form of drug abuse. While WWE's present Wellness policy prohibits the use of several drugs and regularly tests wrestlers, it is not known if Brock Lesnar can also be tested, given that he only has a part time contract with specified dates.
