The United States Embassy in Kabul made the 'kind gesture' of congratulating Afghanistan for their win over Bangladesh in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015. Only very strangely, the tweet came before the match began!

This is the tournament opener for both sides and a win in the match will set the tone for the victorious team. The match could prove to be a close encounter given that Afghanistan have made huge strides in international cricket over the recent years.
In the warm up matches Afghanistan enjoyed a more fruitful run winning one game and losing the other, while Bangladesh lost both their matches against Pakistan and Ireland. Afghanistan beat the UAE, while succumbed to a big defeat against India.
Here is the surprising tweet!

Hope their prophecy comes true!
