World Cup 2015: Bookmakers tip Australia to upstage New Zealand

Australia have gained the upper edge over New Zealand as favourites to win their upcoming high-octane World Cup clash in Auckland on Saturday, according to TAB, a sports betting site.

Australia have been priced at 1.70 dollars while New Zealand are at 2.05 dollars. Aussie pace bowler Josh Hazlewood said Brendon McCullum at the top of order was 'key' to them, adding that a lot of the senior guys had seen him do his work in the IPL, so they would have 'team meetings', Stuff.co.nz reported.

The match is expected to witness the return of skipper Michael Clarke, who would be replacing stand-in skipper George Bailey.
