The venue for the finals have not been disclosed, but it is likely to be venues suitable for all. So, even if Mumbai is not in the league, there is a possibility that the Nerul stadium could be one of the playing grounds.

With over two months of exciting footbaling action, this was one of the biggest football event the city witnessed. With its end, football fans will have to bid adieu to the football fever until next year. Yashodeep Kulkarni, a CBD Belapur resident, said, "It was a great opportunity to have international-level players play here. We were fortunate to watch senior players like Del Piero, Robert Pires and David James playing with remarkable finesse and delivering brilliant games. In coming year, it would be great to see Indian players in the squad. This league missed out on India's best player Sunil Chetri."

Talking of Mumbai team, Theophilus Daniel said, "Mumbai's chances are literally hanging by a thread when it comes to qualifying for semifinals. The team has to win both the matches and even then, their qualification depends on the performances of other teams. Winning against ATK is a tough task."

Fans of Mumbai City team are hoping the best in and they wish to see the team play in the semis.
