When Yuvraj Singh's thunder was too much for the boys from Down Under.

There are some moments that live on forever and one of them will be Yuvraj Singh’s destructive innings in 2007 semi-finals against Australia. Taking on a strong Australian side (the big boys then from India including Sachin, Sourav, Dravid had stayed away), Yuvraj Singh came to bat when India had scored a paltry 41 from 8 overs. To say things were looking bad is an understatement.
But then Yuvraj Singh went on to give the Aussie bowlers a masterclass in ruthless batting as he dispatched them all over the pitch with trademark Punjabi disdain. He smashed 70 runs off 30 balls to help India reach 155 for 4 from 17.3 over. The damage was done, India won the match then the cup and Dhoni and his boys were on their way to write a glorious new chapter in Indian cricket.
