Roston Chase's heroic had almost saved the test match for West Indies, until Gabriel Shannon decided to lose cricketing sanity. His recklessness not only sent Chase's defiant resistance to the freezer, Pakistan managed to register their first series win in the Caribbean islands.

In an evening filled with anxiety and drama Chase held his nerve and went on to score a gutted century, even when wickets kept on tumbling on the other end. Shannon was required to just continue with his patient batting for just one more ball, in the penultimate over of the day. But, he decided to take charge and committed a criminal attempt of hoisting Yasir Shah over mid-wicket. He could not connect properly and after taking an inside edge the ball crashed on to the stumps, breaking West Indian hearts all over the Caribbean.

Pakistan after winning the series 2-1 fittingly bid farewell to Misbah-Ul Haq and Younis Khan.
