As part of a practice session for the upcoming West Indies tour, Indian cricketers took part in a yoga session in Bengaluru on Saturday morning. Cricket is a game that requires the players not just to be physically fit but also have a clear, focused mind and no doubt the Indian cricketers are working hard on both their physical and mental fitness.

Players Virat Kohli, Mohammad Shami, Cheteshwar Pujara, Karan Nair and Ajinkya Rahane are visible in the pictures shared on the official BCCI twitter account. India now has a new coach - Anil Kumble - and will be playing 17 tests in total this year against Bangladesh, New Zealand, Australia, West Indies and England.
