London: Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany has reportedly admitted that he is practically living the dream of every kid who grows up wanting to play football as he lifted his second Premier League trophy in three years.

Kompany guided his team to victory after scoring the second goal in City's 2-0 victory at home over West Ham United to end the title chase, two points ahead of runners up Liverpool.

According to Sky News, Kompany insisted that money is not what he thinks about, adding that as a kid one grows up and dreams all one dreams of is playing games, winning games and lifting trophies and that is exactly what he is doing.

The Belgium International said that all he has ever dreamed of is lifting trophies and he feels like he is achieving that dream when he is doing it.

The defender added that they are building a club, not just a team and that is why he is excited to be a part of City, and that is the reason he feels the need to be even better with every passing year.
