What's the best food to eat before a marathon?

Half a cup of tea or coffee with a biscuit. 21km is a long distance and you can't afford to stay hungry before your run. You can drink water during your run if you feel exhausted.

Where's your favourite place to run?

We love training on high-altitude tracks. Hill roads and synthetic grounds are also good for practise training.

When is the best time to train?

Early mornings are best. Five or six in the morning is perfect. 

What about daily meals?

We love eating fruits for carbs and protein-rich meats.

How often should one practise?

We practise two times a day, everyday. It is needed to win a marathon. Besides running, we swim a lot, it helps you stay flexible.
