Theo Walcott welcomes first child with wife Melanie Slade

Theo Walcott took to Facebook on Thursday morning to announce the birth of his first child with wife Melanie Slade.

The 25-year-old footie ace wrote that he was over the moon to announce the birth of his son Finley born this morning, asserting that it's amazing to be mummy and daddy, Daily Star reported.

"Love him so much x," he wrote.

Walcott and Slade met in 2004 at a shopping centre in Southampton and got married last summer in Tuscany, Italy, after a long-term relationship.
