Sean Abbott to play in IPL?

Australian pace bowler Sean Abbott may make his IPL debut next season. 

According to a report published in a leading daily, officials of two franchise has expressed interest in getting rookie Aussie bowler in their team. Abbott has enrolled himself in the auction process. His base price is Rs 50 lakh. 

Abbott became a household name in the cricketing world, after a bouncer bowled by him struck a fatal blow to Phillip Hughes. Abbott is currently playing in the Bigg Bash League representing Sydney Thunders. He has played for Australia in T-20 Internationals.
