Schalke tighten grip on third place in Bundesliga

Berlin: Goals by Max Meyer and Jefferson Farfan secured Schalke a 2-0 win over Frankfurt in the opener of the 30th round of the German Bundesliga.

Third placed 'Royal Blues' Friday cemented their Champions League ambitions as Jens Keller's men opened a 10 point to their closest chasers, reports Xinhua.
