17-time grand slam champion Roger Federer revealed that he had a premonition that his match against Italian opponent Andreas Seppi would be tougher after the Swiss ace was defeated in a tight-four set match.

17-time grand slam champion Roger Federer revealed that he had a premonition that his match against Italian opponent Andreas Seppi would be tougher after the Swiss ace was defeated in a tight-four set match.

The world number two said that he felt for some reason the previous day that it had not been going to be very simple that day, the Guardian reported.

Federer further said that he had been hoping it was one of those feelings one sometimes has and it was totally not true and play a routine match.

Causing the biggest upset of the tournament, Seppi defeated the world number two 6-4, 7-6(5), 4-6, 7-6(5) to advance to the fourth round of the first grand slam of the year.
