President Pratibha Patil, who witnessed the thrilling cricket World Cup final, today hosted a "high tea" function in Mumbai in honour of victorious Team India.

Maharashtra governor K Sankaranarayanan, chief minister Prithviraj Chavan and senior state ministers attended the event.
President Patil watched the World Cup final held at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai yesterday with her Sri Lankan counterpart M Rajapaksa. India defeated Sri Lanka by 6 wickets in the final.
