Pakistan hands out Saeed Ajmal 'A' category contract despite suspension

Suspended ace spinner Saeed Ajmal has been retained by the Pakistan cricket authorities in their category 'A' list of central contracts.

Saeed Ajmal will undergo an official biomechanics test in order to rectify his illegal bowling action in an Indian laboratory on Jan 24.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) said that central contracts would run from January to 31 March this year, adding that the contracts for the remainder of 2015 would be awarded in April, Sport24 reported.
