Karachi: Defending Indian Premier League (IPL) champions Mumbai Indians have reportedly invited nine underprivileged children from various Mumbai- based NGOs to Dubai to watch their Saturday's clash with Royal Challengers Bangalore.

The IPL team has invited the children under their initiative 'Education For All'. According to The Nation, the nine children, who will don the team's jerseys, will give a presentation on the NGOs they represent, interact with their favorite Mumbai Indians players and cheer for the team at the Dubai International Stadium.

The report mentioned that this is the first initiative of this season by 'Education for All', which will also dedicate an entire match to the cause when the Mumbai Indians play their first home match in Wankhede Stadium on May 3.

Last year, Mumbai Indians had 11,000 underprivileged children at the Wankhede on April 13, the report added.
