Mohsin Khan applies for Pakistan's head coach position

Karachi: Former Pakistan cricket team coach Mohsin Hasan Khan has reportedly applied to be the head coach of the team, becoming the second contender for the post.

According to The Nation, Mohsin confirmed that he had submitted written application for the head coach post.

Mohsin said that he is confident of chances to become head coach if merit remains the criteria because of his good track record as a player and coach.

He added that players are not to be blamed for ordinary results because it is the duty of the coaching staff to get best out of them.

He also suggested PCB to hire International fielding coach from Australia, South Africa or New Zealand, as they are best known for their fielding expertise
