Michael Schumacher's condition improves following second brain surgery

Former Formula One champion Michael Schumacher, who met with an accident while skiing in the French Alps is reportedly said to be in a stable condition after showing small signs of improvement.

Schumacher met with the accident and hit his head to a rock and suffered critical head injuries.

According to stuff.co.nz, Schumacher, who turns 45 on Friday, is said to be ‘stable over the night’, his manager Sabine Kehm announced.

Kehm added that the situation remains critical and the conditions haven’t changed much since the doctors said the former racer showed signs of improvement after the second surgery.

Head anaesthetician, Jean-Francois Payen said that the situation was more under control than the day before but they couldn’t say he was out of danger.

Payen added that Schumacher was still in a critical state and suffering from severe lesions and contusions.
