Former Australian Test great Matthew Hayden has tipped Australia to win the Boxing Day Test within four days and has backed Ryan Harris to come into the side for Mitchell Starc and make a huge difference.

Hayden stated that if veteran paceman Harris had been fit in the last game the Test would have been over in three days, claiming that he is that good. He said that having two left-handed quicks in the bowling unit always makes one nervous.

Hayden claimed that one does not want pace spearhead Mitchell Johnson to have to worry about steady overs, adding that his job is to bowl quick and to do that he needs Harris to act as the foil, News.com.au reported.

However, he added that he would be tempted to open with Josh Hazlewood, adding that with his steeping bounce the pacer could go 'bang, bang, bang' and leave India reeling.

Hayden claimed that Hazlewood looks like a bowler where nothing can really go wrong and added that Australia hasn't had one of those since Glenn McGrath retired.

However, he further said that there are still question marks over Australia's batting, adding that with the exception of Warner and Steve Smith, everyone else is vulnerable because they're just not doing the job.

Hayden also laid out India's biggest weakness, saying that the tourists believe they cannot win away from home. He added that India seems to go missing at key moments, stating that the noise around the team is not great either.
