Manchester United are reportedly paying £100 million to transfer French midfielder Pogba.

According to the Guardian, the Old Trafford club officials met with the Juventus directors Giuseppe Marotta and Fabio Paratici in addition to the player's agent, Mino Raiola, to discuss the potential deal.

The report also says that Juventus has agreed to take £92 for Pogba if United pay the full fees of Pogba's agent Raiola, 20% of the deal at staggering £18 million. Earlier, United had agreed to pay their half of the agent fees.

On Wednesday, Italian club had rejected the offer with add-ons and now the deal hinges on whether United accept to pay the agent. The English club have also agreed to buy Pogba’s commercial rights and pay him an extra £4.2m a season. This will take his weekly earnings to £290,000.

This will be a 5-year contract worth approximately £10 million per season.

Real Madrid were expected to liven up the bidding war, but according to The Guardian, coach Zinedine Zidane has a large squad already and he thinks it is difficult to improve upon it.

Pogba left Old Trafford four years ago on account of not getting first class opportunity to play the field. According to Sir Alex Fergusson, Mino Raiola was the reason behind Pogba's departure. Same agent responsible for this deal. Pogba has a contract with Juventus until 2019. But he is happy to wear the Red jersey once again.

After Eric Bailly, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, this will be new coach Jose Mourinho's one more spectacular move to revamp the club.
