Manchester United considering 'shock' Ashley Young loan move to revive winger's form

 Premier League club Manchester United will consider a shock move to send Ashley Young out on loan in January in a bid to revive the England winger's form.

According to the Mirror, Young has not played for United since their derby mauling by Manchester City last month and was axed from the England squad by Roy Hodgson for the current round of World Cup qualifiers.

United boss David Moyes is believed to feel that a mid-season loan might help Young get his career back on track and boost his chances of playing in Brazil next year, the report said.

Despite Young's downturn in form, such a decision is bound to spark interest from Premier League clubs, with Newcastle and West Ham likely to be at the front of the queue, the report added.
