Michael Schumacher's manager has recently said that after almost 17 months of suffering, the Formula One champion is still improving.

Sabine Kehm said that they were happy to say that he was still showing improvement, but it would obviously take a very long time for everybody involved to fight, News 24 reported.

They were happy to take this fight, she added.

Schumacher, who has record 7 Formula One titles and 91 races, was injured while skiing during a French Alps vacation, and has been going through his painfully slow recovery at his Swiss lakeside home.
