India achieved a resounding 69-18 victory over England in their last Group A match of the Kabaddi World Cup in Ahmedabad on Tuesday.
This success, over its former rulers, secured India's place in the semi-finals and prompted former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag to resume his battle with anything-English on Twitter. The Nawab of Najafgarh took a dig at England's poor showing in a World Cup yet again, reviving the rivalry with what Piers Morgan started at the time of Rio Olympics.
Here's how Viru trolled the Brits:
England loose in a World Cup again.Only the sport changes. This time it's Kabaddi.

Not to be left far behind, Bollywood took to Twitter as well to show their support for the Indian Kabaddi team, with the Big B taking Sehwag's route and trolling England.
Here's what Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan had to say:

After losing their opening match of the campaign to South Korea, India won four matches on the trot to finish with 21 points in five matches. They defeated Australia, Bangladesh and Argentina by huge margins en route to the semi-finals. However, unbeaten South Korea topped India's group with 25 points.
