Andy Murray now has a 10-0 winning record on clay courts in 2015, after a 6-4, 6-3 win over 38th-ranked Jeremy Chardy at the Italian Open on Wednesday.
Despite having fears of being 'worn out', Murray swept past Chardy with ease and now is lying serious claim to winning the upcoming French Open. Murray won his first clay title at the Munich Open recently, and also beat Rafael Nadal in the Madrid Open final to have an all-win record on the surface in 2015.
The best that Murray has managed is a semi-final spot at the French Open overall.
