Is this Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma's love nest?

The reports about Virat Kohli and his actress girlfriend, Anushka Sharma's plan to buy a posh apartment in Mumbai turned out to be true as The Golden Sparrow reported that Indian cricket's poster boy have signed on dotted papers for a flat worth Rs 34 crore in Mumbai.

The Indian Test captain booked a spacious 8000 sq feet flat in Worli. Documents in possession of TGS reveal that the flat is in the ‘C’ wing of the plush residential project, still under construction. The flat is situated in the 35th floor in the Omkar 1973 Worli building.

October last year, just before the fifth ODI between Indian and South Africa, Virat and Anushka visited the Omkar 1973 Worli’s site office. The celebrity couple were also spotted going out for a family lunch at a restaurant in Bandra. Three months later, on January 5, he signed and registered the deal with the Department of Registration and Stamps. The Ready Reckoner value of the flats is Rs 26.68 crore, while Virat paid Rs 34 crore for the house.

The 5BHK flat is part of ‘Sky Bungalows’ constructed in the housing complex comprising three towers. The flat offers a breathtaking view of the Arabian Sea. The construction of the residential project is expected to be finished by 2017 end. The project is spread over 4.5 acres and possesses sports pavilion and a spa.
