IPL 8: Kings XI look to roar past struggling Delhi Daredevils

Its Match no. 10 in the IPL 2015, as the Kings XI Punjab will look gain momentum against the Delhi Daredevils, after their impressive win against the Mumbai Indians at the Wankhede Stadium this past Sunday.

In the head to head record, Kings XI go favourites into the game with a 9-5 advantage in 14 games, but the Daredevils will look to overturn their poor fortunes with a win tonight. 

Kings XI Punjab's Sandeep Sharma currently has the best economy rate in the IPL so far with 3.87.

Delhi Daredevils on the other hand are in a terrible run of form as they are on the verge of their 12th  consecutive defeat in the IPL so far. Delhi haven't won a single match in the IPL in almost year, with their last victory coming when they beat Mumbai Indians at Sharjah, on 27th April, 2014.

Delhi's Imran Tahir is the current holder of the Purple Cap after the South African cricketer scalped 5 wickets in two matches.

Amit Mishra has a poor record as he is the only bowler to have been hit for 108 sixes in the IPL.

Punjab's leading scorer Shaun Marsh doesn't find a place in the team as David Miller and Glen Maxwell will be the talismen in the batting line-up for the Punjab outfit. Maxwell who was the holder of the Orange Cap in the previous IPL season, will look to repeat that feat with a great knock against the struggling Delhi outfit.
